Glamorous couple Lachie Plowman and Kenyah Hura have shared photos from their ‘secret wedding’.
Plowman (who retired from AFL last year after a stay in GWS and Carlton) married Hura five days ago in a restaurant roof garden in Melbourne’s central business district.
But the couple only shared photos from the event on Monday night.

“We had a very small secret wedding and then had an engagement party on Friday to celebrate with family and friends,” Hura told News Corp.
Hura is a model and caused a stir last year at Carlton’s best and fairest when she was trolled after wearing a revealing dress.
But she remains defiant in the face of attacks and still has the striking photo attached to her Instagram.
After the trolls took aim, Hura hit back at their “misogynistic and demeaning” comments.
“I appreciate all the love and kind messages and comments I’ve received from everyone. I wore what I did simply because I wanted to, and so did Lachie,” Hura said at the time.
“Contrary to the negative comments, I am happy with who I am and have had no face/body work and no fake tan suffered in the process – I am a Maori and Aboriginal woman and blessed with beautiful brown skin, which I am very proud of.
“It’s disheartening to see me being called a ‘bad example’ for younger women when I think the people who are judging me are doing more harm to our community and teaching the wrong things to younger generations.
“I have a younger sister and I strive to be the best role model possible; not everyone is going to like you and that’s okay, if you like yourself and are happy that’s really all that matters.
“I have a supportive and loving partner, wonderful family and friends and I know who I am so I don’t get affected by what other people have to say, but I know that’s not true for everyone. I’ve seen over the years being around the AFL system how cruel and rude people can be and there’s no need for that, strive to do better.”
After sharing their wedding photos, friends, family and AFL stars sent messages of congratulations.
Whitney Plowman said, “HUGE congrats guys! So exciting! You both look great x”, while Carlton defender and ex-Giant Zach Williams, current star Sam Doherty and retired Blue Setanta O’Ailpin were just some of Plowman’s former team-mates who liked the stunning series of pictures.
Plowman was a high draft pick taken by GWS with pick No.3 in 2012.
After 20 games with the Giants, he was sold to Carlton in late 2015 and played a further 125 games for the Blues.
“The club was the best environment to come to work in every day, the challenging moments, the wins, I wouldn’t change them for the world. Thanks to all my coaches, teammates and everyone at the Blues for their belief in me and their support,” he said after she retired.
“Thanks also to my family and partner who have been with me every step of the way. One of my favorite parts of my career is being able to share all of this with you.”
