Instead, Jenna Manley received a suspended sentence for repeatedly crashing her car into the Monkey Bar and Lounge, sending patrons fleeing.
The mother-of-two is adamant her drink was spilled before the incident on Valentine’s Day in Mandurah, about an hour south of Perth, last year.
The estate agent, who was asked to leave, hit the bar manager three times in the head with a stiletto before jumping into the car and pulling up on the kerb.
Police eventually tracked debris from a flat tire to her home, where she was arrested.
In court on Monday, the 40-year-old claimed she had been drugged and had no memory of the night.
At one stage she suggested that her lawyer had blackmailed her into pleading guilty.
Outside of court, she would not elaborate on those allegations.
Her lawyer said Manley was involved in a very violent marriage breakdown that sent her off-planet.
Her offense also included threatening a neighbor and violating a restraining order.
Along with a seven-month suspended sentence, Manley was fined nearly $7,000 and banned from driving for two years.
