Busy day for me.
There is some rain around in Dusseldorf. Hopefully the pitch is better than the one in Frankfurt last night.
The big news for the team is this Ukraine made a number of changes, most notably replacing goalkeeper Andrii Lunin with Benfica’s Anatoly Trubin. The Real Madrid player had a poor performance against Romania and Rebrov felt the need to act.

Hello! Few would have predicted it Slovakia beating Belgium or Ukraine, wiped out by Romania. The results of the opening round make this match extremely important for both. Slovakia can seal progress to the knockout stages with a win, while Ukraine need a win, especially with the Belgians coming to give them a chance to get out of the group.
Slovakia have strong foundations with David Hanko and Milan Skriniar at the back, giving them the confidence to keep a clean sheet against most and score as Belgium found at their expense. If they can match their performance from earlier in the week, then they will be optimistic of repeating the result.
Ukraine will be hurt after the humiliation, but Sergey Rebrov has a lot of quality. If he manages to get the best out of Georgii Sudakov and Mihailo Mudrik, Ukraine it will look like a completely different perspective. The Shakhtar Donetsk man is being targeted for a big-money move sooner rather than later, while the Chelsea winger has already secured it, showing glimpses of what he can do in the Premier League.
It should be an intriguing watch.
